The PTS Service:
PTS Managed Services supports the Client by providing a 24/7, global follow-the-sun service desk, remote support and Infrastructure as a Service to help the Client and its employees on a day-to-day basis. PTS also hosts the infrastructure, which was successfully migrated from the incumbent managed services provider within a very tight timescale with zero downtime.
The bespoke service means the Client’s team can call from any location in the world and expect to speak to a friendly technician on the PTS Service Desk for assistance. PTS Managed Services has since received outstanding reviews from the Client’s employees regarding the level of response and service experienced. The Client’s IT staff are now able to focus on other important projects and strategic objectives.
