PTS welcomes the new 2017 Grads

PTS Consulting’s 2017 Graduate Programme kicked off in early September with five recent graduates, off all backgrounds, embarked on the 8-week intensive programme.

As we come to the end of week four, the Grads have had the opportunity to tour an award-winning Data Centre, shadow Senior Consultants on a variety of live projects and attend the IP Expo held at the ExCel in London. A couple of Grads were even luck enough to attend the AV Awards at the Grosvenor Hours Hotel to support senior employees in representing PTS.

The initial eight-week training programme consists of seminars, shadowing and group work before the Grads begin rotating on their different workplace placements. This enables the group to understand how PTS runs as a business and an appreciation of the industry, which is key to programme sponsor, CEO Kevin Perrett.

Next week, the Grads will sit their PRINCE2 Foundation exam and following that will fly to the Edinburgh office for a two-day visit.
