Lead Generation Executive

PTS Consulting is looking to recruit a Lead Generational executive to seek and acquire new business leads for the PTS Group through various routes to market.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Lead generation and appointment setting activity for PTS Commercial team
  • Maintain high data quality and integrity in the CRM system and other applications
  • Conduct research to identify "new name" opportunities and target new "buyers" within existing accounts
  • Generate and organise prospects lists
  • Plan, execute and measure campaign performance
  • Partner with Marketing to develop branded messaging templates for email
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Principal Consultants to ensure follow-up appointments, opportunities, trade shows, webinars and other events. 

Mandatory Skills

  • Solid experience in Sales and/or Marketing lead generation, or in a dedicated lead generational role
  • Ability to generate and nurture outbound lead activities
  • Solid knowledge and experience with CRM systems
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, results orientated work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Great attitude and drive to work with PTS commercial team to generate new business.

Familiarity with Salesforce products is desirable.
