100 Miles for MacMillan Cancer Support
On 15th August 2018, the PTS’s London team travelled to Battersea Power Station to ride 100 Miles as part of the Mace100, a charity initiative for Mace Group’s Mace Foundation, raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support. So far PTS has raised over £1190 to this great cause.
8 PTS staff (Below, left to right: Nick Tate, Aman Khan, Marie-France Lambreck, Craig De-Freitas, Carmen Stan, Brian Sanchez, George Dollemore and John O’Neill) took on the challenge and surpassed the 100 mile target, totalling 112 miles in just under 1 hour. Thanks to our hosts at BoomCycle for the added motivation and energy levels!
The PTS team found time after the cycle to look across the Battersea Power Station development site and better understand the work being carried out to sensitively restore and reignite the iconic landmark after 35 years. PTS is involved in bringing the grade II listed building and it’s surrounding area back to life as one of the most exciting and innovative mixed use neighbourhoods in the world. Watch this space…
