PTS Grads recruits individuals of a graduate level from varied academic backgrounds in order to build upon our current offerings and ensure that we continue to grow as experts in our field.
A graduate position with PTS Consulting will allow you to develop skills in both Project Management and Consultancy through practical training and continuous learning opportunities. You will work alongside your PTS colleagues, gaining real world experience, working with a range of clients to help you develop into future leaders of our company.

About the programme
PTS Grads exposes participants to all aspects of our business through interactive learning with technical experts, shadowing Consultants and face-to-face sessions with senior management in addition to project site visits.
You will be provided with online training materials for relevant professional qualifications and by the end of the initial eight-week programme, each participant will hold certifications in Project Management Methodologies or IT Service Management.
Following the initial training period, you will move to a 12 to 18 month rotation, giving you further exposure to the numerous roles and career paths within the organisation.
