Desktop Support Engineer (Tokyo)
PTS Consulting’s Tokyo office is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing Team.
Desktop Support Engineers are responsible for providing touch support to the end users for any desktop/laptop/printer issues. The ideal candidate should possess basic knowledge in networking and system administration.
Oversee and update assigned support service requests
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management
Support the mobile devices for registering
Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software
Qualification & Skills:
Prior experience in Desktop support is a plus, handling issues in Windows OS
Good knowledge on computer hardware, Desktop Operating systems and OS deployment using MDT, SCCM or any other tools a plus
Basic knowledge on network management a plus
Possess strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
Constantly seeks to improve technical knowledge and researches new product capabilities
The ideal candidate must:

Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills both in Japanese and English
Provide high level of customer service
Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships at all levels of the organization
Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
Perform multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
